Proclamation of The Highway Traffic Amendment Act (Enhancing Passenger Safety)
On December 1, 2015, The Highway Traffic Amendment Act (Enhancing Passenger Safety) and its supporting regulation, the Standards for Mobility Aid Securement and Occupant Restraint Systems and Related Exemptions Regulation came into force.
