Important Notice re: College Operations

COTM provides services through a remote office model. Our team is fully available to assist the public through several convenient channels.

  • You can reach us quickly and efficiently by email, which remains the best way to connect with COTM.
  • Our staff are also available by phone at 204‑957‑1214 or through direct contact information listed in our staff directory.
  • If you need to send documents, please submit them by email or letter mail.
  • Video or phone meetings can be arranged using electronic platforms by appointment, and in special circumstances, in‑person meetings may be scheduled as needed.
  • All COTM committees continue to meet online through secure videoconferencing platforms. Please contact your assigned staff member for details or assistance.

COTM operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is closed on statutory holidays.
