COVID-19 Update – March 13, 2020 – Information for Long Term Care Facilities – Family Letter and Updated Posters Now Available
Information and resources are being regularly updated at the links below. Please review and share as appropriate with leadership, sites, physicians and partners in long term care.
Action:
A letter for families of residents in long term care facilities is now available.

The letter is also attached as a word document as each region/site will need to customize the contact information highlighted within. The letter is being translated and will soon be available in French.
Posters/signage have also been created for use at long term care facilities across the province. These are currently available in 8.5x11 to facilitate printing at the facility level. Regions are asked to consider printing requirements. Posters are being translated and will soon be available in French as well as in 11x17 sizing.
