The Objectives and format are:
1. Discuss writing SMART goals (Brief slide presentation and discussion)
2. Brainstorm strategies and sources of evidence to demonstrate achievement of CCP goals (Whole group brainstorm discussion)
3. “Workshop” goals of participants to give individualized feedback – dyad discussion groups and individual (work in pairs and receive individualized attention from instructors
