Welcome Sandra!
We are pleased to announce that Sandra Nowicki has joined our office as Operations and Special Projects Facilitator. In this capacity, Sandra is responsible for research and report preparation for special projects, policy preparation, management of complaint files and liason for parties involved in the complaints process. She is also responsible for corporate communications.
